As the idea of Reality Shifting is getting popular on our planet and as more and more people are beginning to understand that everything exists HERE and NOW and what we call past-present-future are just different perspectives of the same one moment, it is time to convince your physical mind that you are constantly shifting billions of time per second and always have a choice to shift to any prefered reality.

Please watch the video first to get an idea of what platform we will be using to allow things to change in your reality. After that, please proceed to the “Yellow Car” exercise.

Yellow Car Exercise
“Yellow car” is a very simple technique that needs to be done first in order to convince your physical mind that you are constantly shifting billions of time per second and always have a choice to shift to any prefered reality. Once you see the results of the first exercise in your reality you will be ready to move on for more advanced techniques. We picked the concept of  a “yellow car” because it is something that you do not care of at all. Therefore, it will be easy for you to generate the right frequency within itself and smoothly shift to the reality where you are surrounded by yellow cars.

1. Close your eyes. Imagine in any shape or form yellow, yellow, yellow car. See it, feel it, feel the specific frequency of that image, get closer to that car, feel the vibration of a bright yellow,yellow color. Feel it and build that energy up in your emotions, build that energy up to a peak.

2. Open your eyes and completely let the image go! Stop thinking about it! Stop caring about it! Look at any three objects in your room and choose one to think of. Ask yourself three questions: Why is it here? Do I need it? Will I need it in a two years time? That is it. You have just activated the “yellow car” frequency within yourself.
3. The exercise is done. Now, drop all your expectations of what the outcome might be. You’re already shifting to the reality where you are surrounded by yellow cars. In the next couple of hours/days you might see one yellow car right in front of you, similar to the one you imagined before. Once your start to draw your attention to the number of yellow cars in your reality, you realize that THE MORE YOU SEE THEM-IS THE MORE YOU SEE THEM.

Your physical mind will start getting the idea how the realities work. (1) You set the direction of where your attention goes, (2) generate the frequency within yourself - (3) shift to the reality, where that frequency dominates, in our case to the reality full of yellow cars.

Alright! Now knowing how to create yellow cars in your reality, let’s create something more essential, something that you can spend or something that you can be loved by or something that you always wanted to have or be.

Postulate 3. 
What you put out is what you get back. 
The Law of Attraction.

In other words, the "outside" is a reflection of the "inside". Your physical reality is just a holographic reflection of what you are feeling inside. Your external reality is like house of mirrors. It can only reflect back to you what you strongly believe to be true. 
And like a mirror, physical reality will not change unless you change first (change your beliefs).

Your Beliefs are the building blocks of your reality/your reflection in the mirror. Each belief makes you vibrating at a unique frequency. This frequency then attracts, by sympathetic resonance, those holograms/realities vibrating on the same frequency.
Here is how it works: 

Your Beliefs determine the reality that you ==> Perceive ==>You then automatically interpret your perception of reality ==> You then emotionally react to your interpretation of that reality ==> You then have thoughts about this reality ==>  and then based on your emotions and thoughts you take Physical Action, grounding the experience.
