Thoughts do not create the reality. Thoughts, emotions and actions are the results of what you believe to be true for you and what you are capable of experiencing.
Beliefs are the core building blocks of you reality.
Therefore, the idea is simply to get in touch with the belief that is creating your current reality and replace it with the belief you prefer.
Here is the technique of how to replace a limiting belief with the one that you prefer by Bashar.
1. Ask yourself a question. What would I have to believe is true about me, so that I experience this particular reality?
2. Answer the question - identify the believe that you have about yourself. Acknowledge that this is your current Believe. "Own" it. (You can not change what you do not own.) Allow yourself to release this belief now.

3. After that simply ask yourself: "What Belief would I like to REPLACE this Belief with?" Replace that belief with the belief you prefer. TRUST that this new Belief is now active and functioning in your Being. You don't need to "get rid of" the old Belief. You only need to replace it with your preferred Belief.
4. Act it out!
!!Get into the Emotional-Feeling State of the new Belief.
!!Get into the Body-Language and Actions of the new Belief.

For instance: “I cannot dance”.
What would I have to believe is true about me, so that I experience this particular reality?
- I have very bad sense of timing. I don’t hear the beat. My coordination is very bad.
Why?
- Everyone has been telling me this since I was a kid and I stopped dancing.

- I know that I have a great sense of timing from the nature. I hear the beat. Being on the dancefloor is my second nature. I have always been a great dancer. People around me always notice that and tell me how good I am. Put some music on and dance! Dance, dance! Act it out! Be your new reality now! |
